Compliance Violations
Compliance Violations are those offenses such as Vehicle Light Law, Registration Law, No DL on Person, etc. Charges are dismissed with a $15.00 Administrative Court Fee once the Violator proves to the court they have complied with the violation. If the Violator does not prove compliance at or before the assigned court date, the total Fines/Costs will be $100.00 for all such offenses.

VIOLATORS ARE ALLOWED TO PAY CHARGES PRESCRIBED ABOVE TO THE CITY OF BRENTWOOD WITHOUT APPEARING IN COURT UNLESS THE VIOLATOR IS UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE PROVIDING PAYMENTS ARE MADE PRIOR TO THE ASSIGNED COURT DATE. ANY VIOLATOR UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE MUST APPEAR IN COURT ACCOMPANIED BY PARENT OR GUARDIAN ON ANY MOVING VIOLATION. (THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO NON-MOVING VIOLATIONS)
